Neon Drift — Delete Your Data

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Neon Drift (developed by branclev) identifies players by a self-chosen callsign, which can optionally be linked to a Google account or, on iPhone and iPad, to Sign in with Apple — for cross-device restore and social features. (Purchases need a linked account on Android; on iOS they do not.) This page explains how to have your data deleted.

Option 1: Delete in-game (instant, recommended)

If your callsign is linked to an account — Google or Apple — you can delete all your data directly in the game:

  1. Open Settings from the main menu (Profile tab).
  2. Make sure you're signed in with the account you linked (the game may prompt you to sign in — this is how we verify the data is yours).
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom and tap DELETE MY DATA.
  4. You'll be asked to confirm. Deletion is immediate and includes your purchase records (see the note below).

Option 2: Request by email

If you never linked an account, or no longer have access to the game:

  1. Send an email to Brandon@neondriftgame.com with the subject line "Delete my data".
  2. Include the exact callsign you used in the game. If your callsign is linked to a Google account, send the request from that account's Gmail address so we can verify ownership. If you used Sign in with Apple, send it from the address Apple shares with the app — including a private @privaterelay.appleid.com relay address, which works fine for this. If you can't reach either address, say so in the email and we'll verify another way rather than leave you without a route.
  3. We'll delete the data described below, typically within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Important note about purchases

Deleting your data includes deleting our record of your in-game purchases. This does not erase your ownership with the store you bought from: your Google Play order history stays with Google and your App Store purchase history stays with Apple (we can't delete either, and refunds remain subject to each store's own refund policies). To get purchased content back afterwards, tap Restore Purchases in the Store: on Android, sign in with the same linked account first; on iPhone and iPad, just use the same Apple ID — no account or sign-in needed, because the App Store is what remembers the purchase.
