Neon Drift is a one-person project, so there's no support queue and no ticket system.
You email me, and I reply. The address is

I try to answer everything, usually within a couple of days. If something is broken and
affecting your progress, say so in the subject line and I'll look at it first.
What's worth writing about
Bugs. Especially anything that cost you a run, a score or an unlock.
These get priority.
Purchases. If something didn't arrive, didn't restore, or was charged
twice.
Accounts and data. Sign-in trouble, a callsign problem, or a data
request.
Ideas. A good chunk of what's in the game came from someone saying
"it would be better if…". That's not a courtesy — several features exist because a
player asked.
Something that feels unfair. Difficulty, a leaderboard result, an
unlock that seems impossible. Worth telling me even if you're not sure it's a bug.
Creators and press. Happy to help with footage, keys or questions.
Details that help me help you
Your in-game callsign — it's how I find your account.
What you were doing when it happened, and whether it repeats.
Your device and browser, or whether you're in the app. A surprising
number of issues are specific to one or the other.
For purchases, the approximate date and what you bought.
A screenshot, if there's anything to see. Usually worth more than a
description.
Reporting a leaderboard or fairness problem
The leaderboards are the reason this game exists, so anything that undermines them
matters more than most bugs. If you see a score that looks impossible, a match that
resolved wrongly, or a name that's impersonating someone, send it to me with the callsign
and roughly when you saw it.
Every score is checked server-side and there are limits on what the game will accept, but
no system catches everything, and a real person spotting something is often faster than the
automated checks. You don't need proof — a screenshot and a rough time is plenty for me to
go looking.
What I can't do
A few things fall outside what I control, and it saves us both time to say so:
Refunds for mobile purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple, not
by me — I can't issue or reverse one. I can help work out what happened and make sure
you end up with what you paid for.
Restoring a deleted account. Deletion is permanent and immediate by
design. That's the promise the deletion page makes,
and quietly keeping a copy would make it a lie.
Transferring progress between two accounts you own. Progress follows
the account it was earned on.
What happens to your email
It goes to a personal inbox and gets read by me. I don't run a mailing list, I won't add
you to one, and I won't pass your address to anyone. If you write in about a bug I may ask a
follow-up question or two; if you'd rather not go back and forth, say so and I'll work with
what you've sent. What the game itself collects is a separate matter, covered in the
privacy policy.
Faster than emailing
Some things have an answer already written down:
Support & FAQ — restoring purchases, daily
challenges, streaks, unlocks and account linking.
